Important Guidelines

• Each institute can register up to 3 teams
• Each delegation can have 6-10 delegates
• Private Delegations and individual delegates to the conference are allowed.
• Registered teams will be contacted by the UMTUN Registrations Department between (Dates) and, if shortlisted, will be allowed access to make payments starting (dat
• Delegations which are shortlisted during the Early Bird Phase must complete their payment between (date) to receive a 15% waiver off the delegate fee.
• The UMTMUN Registration Department reserves the right to accept or reject any delegation. The final say in this matter rests with the Registration Department and may not be contested by the delegation(s)
• Only delegations with complete payment status will be allotted countries and committees
• The final decision of country and committee allotment rests with the UMTMUN Registration Department. However, please bear in mind that priority will be given to teams with complete payment status.
